Although in most cases the product is in stock, sometimes we need 3 to 5 days for production (called as order processing time).
Shipping time (transit time) by mail: in average 14-18 days to USA, Canada or Australia. Delivery to the UK and EU takes 5-8 days.
Please note that prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery may be subject to additional charges depending on the laws of the destination country, and orders are shipped duty free. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/fees levied by local customs. All prices listed online are exclusive of any additional fees.
If there is a problem with an item you received, please contact us within: 15 days of delivery. Please discribe a problem and provide photos. There can be a partial refund, a full refund, a replacement.
Request an order cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase (unless shipped earlier).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective (or with any shop’s mistakes), We can’t accept returns for:
