1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • You must have a proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or payment confirmation).

Please note that customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at info@levvelforge.com with your order details and reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to proceed.

Please do not send any items back to us without prior authorization, as we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items returned without proper notification.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know immediately. Here’s what to do:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Send us an email with photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order details.

Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer you a replacement at no additional cost, or if a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

3. Refunds

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 45 days after delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

If your item qualifies for a replacement due to damage or defect, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

5. International Returns

As we serve international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply. Additionally, the refund will be issued only for the product amount, excluding any international shipping fees, taxes, or duties that were initially charged.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@levvelforge.com with your order details. After 24 hours, the order processing will begin, and we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
